My approach

I offer psychological consultations and short-term psychotherapy. I draw on psychoanalysis and complementary anthropological and cultural insights to understand psychological suffering and the difficulties encountered. My approach, therefore, consists in talking therapy that takes into account the unconscious psychological life, past life events and cultural conceptions of the person I am supporting.

I accompany a personal process of transformation that allows the client to construct or reconstruct their own meaning and thus re-establish a vivid creative link with their inner and outer resources.

I can make unsystematic use of art mediation or some other specific techniques suitable for post-traumatic care (such as Narrative Exposure Therapy and Grounding Techniques) as needed.

I like to think of those I support as co-producers of their own mental health.
